Our fees for consultation and your Medicare rebate are available by contacting us on (08) 9328 5007.
Please note a valid referral is required to receive your Medicare rebate and also for our specialists to communicate findings with your general practitioner.
You can obtain a referral from your general practitioner which is valid for 1 year from consultation.
A referral from another specialist is only valid for 3 months from consultation.
If your referral is expired you will be asked to obtain a new referral from your general practitioner prior to your next appointment, as required by Medicare.
Please note that medical advice can not be given outside of consultation (ie via email or phone call).
Overseas visitors/Non-residents (ie those without Medicare) may be seen without a referral and claim their rebate from their international private health or travel insurance.
Costs for surgery can only be determined after initial consultation and then a cost estimate provided.
Your private health insurance provides rebates for surgery performed in the day procedure unit/day hospital.
Excesses or Co-payments may apply depending on your level of cover and private health insurer.
Minor diagnostic procedures are performed in our treatment rooms with Medicare rebates.
Should you be an existing patient requiring a prescription, this will generally be provided without consultation if you have been seen in the past 3 months and this is deemed appropriate by your specialist; a prescription fee will generally apply.
Should you wish to make an appointment please either fill out our Request a Consultation Form or phone (08) 9328 5007.
