  • TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLE 
    • We are equipped to see our patients in a virtual care environment using telehealth – video and telephone calls.
    • Ask our reception staff regarding your options.
  • FACE TO FACE CONSULTATIONS 
    • Continue with appropriate precautions being taken for your safety
    • Screening, social distancing,  cleaning and disinfection measures continue.
    • Please arrive at your allocated time.  To observe social distancing our wait room capacity at any one time is 8 people.
    • Please as always use our hand sanitiser upon arrival, observe the floor markings and limit what you touch.
    • If you arrive early you may be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle and then given a text message when ready.
    • Please only attend with necessary others (eg carer).
    • We only now accept contactless EFTPOS/CREDIT CARD as payment (ie no cash or cheque payments). Our EFTPOS machine, pens and clipboards are sanitised after each use.
  • SKIN CANCER AND MELANOMA SURGERY
    • Continues for Category 1 and urgent Category 2 cases with appropriate precautions being taken for your safety.
    • Non-urgent Category 2 and 3 cases have resumed in a limited capacity
    • Your dermatologist will advise you of the urgency of your surgery
  • INFORMATION FOR BIOLOGIC PATIENTS
    • Due to the low number of active and new cases in WA now recorded, all patients may now resume treatment with their biologic agent.
    • Action Plan if fever or respiratory symptoms develop
    • Have the Flu-vax now to protect yourself from influenza.
    • Download the COVID-SAFE App (it is for contact tracing not location tracking)
    • Adhere to Government and Department of Health advice regarding travel, social distancing, self isolation etc.
