RAPID ACCESS LESION CLINIC >>>>
This clinic is available for new and existing patients of Perth Dermatology Clinic.
The purpose of this clinic is to provide patients with access within 1-2 weeks to specialist dermatologist advice, when lesions of concern arise.
This includes suspicious pigmented lesions, suspected or biopsy proven melanoma or other skin cancers.
All patients undergo a targeted assessment by A/Prof Tony Caccetta or Dr Helena Collgros in a nurse led clinic designed for rapid access diagnosis and treatment.
Full skin examinations are not performed as a part of this service, however recommendations may be made to have this performed as follow up.
Please note this is not a rapid access clinic for general dermatology conditions, only for suspected or proven melanoma and skin cancers.
This service is offered in person and also virtually (video call with good quality images and pathology sent prior) where appropriate/possible.
